Toronto drag queen Champagna
Enemea hired me to capture her concept for a film project. She plays the
character of a murderous drag queen out for revenge! I liked some of
our shots so much, I wanted to give them their own gallery on my website
(…and I don’t wanna get cut by that knife, TBH!). Warning: spooky and
fierce drag queen ahead.
Wasn’t that fun! I fulfilled a creative
dream of doing a fashion photoshoot inside iconic Toronto department
store, Honest Ed’s. Marta, the stunning model seen in this shoot, got to
play around with two gorgeous gowns, allowing for two different “characters” for the
day: modern day rocker girl in pink, and dapper gal of the past in blue.
During the winter of 2015, myself and fashion bloggers Sydney and Savannah of The Trollsen Twins headed to The Cheltenham Badlands in Ontario for a very unique
photoshoot. The Trollsen Twins wore Montreal-based brand Atelier New
Regime, with the silver pants provided by Parloque and boots by
Palladium. The editorial was published on IX Daily.
Earlier this year, I was lucky enough to get to spend a weekend with a group of 40 female entrepreneurs, founders, innovators and leaders at a gorgeous Muskoka retreat center. Winter wonderland outside, cozy modernized log cabin inside helped make this an unforgettable experience. I think we all walked away with roaring inspiration lit from within. When women come together to support each other, amazing things happen <3
Here’s a highlight reel of my photos from the incredible summit! If you want to be in-the-know about the next Dovetail Women’s Summit (and trust me, you do) apply via the Dovetail Website.

Fireside Conference is an annual invite-only and off-the-grid retreat for entrepreneurs, startups, investors and media. A few hundred people from Toronto and around the globe gathered at beautiful Camp Walden, 3.5 hours north-east of Toronto.
There was SO MUCH epicness going on that it was hard to choose a selection of which shots to post! If you want to use any of my photos on your website, blog, social media or otherwise, please email me at beccalemire [at] gmail [dot] com and I can share the full edited set with you.
Consider this a teaser - oh, and the food was incredible. Well done, Fireside crew!
